Cancellation & Refund Policy

All BubboBee products are digital downloads. Because the files are available to you instantly after purchase, we handle cancellations and refunds a little differently from physical goods.

Order Cancellation

• Since digital products are delivered instantly (usually within minutes of payment), orders generally cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and the download link has been generated.
• If you change your mind before downloading the file, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at bubbobeeofficial@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help — most such requests can be cancelled with a full refund at this stage.
• If a payment fails or is left incomplete on Lemonsqueezy's checkout page, no order is created and nothing is charged — there's nothing to cancel in that case.

General Refund Policy

• Since digital files can be downloaded immediately, we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind once a product has been downloaded.
• If you haven't downloaded the file yet and no longer want it, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll be happy to help.

When We Do Offer a Refund or Replacement

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn't match the product described
• You were charged but never received your download link

In any of these cases, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll fix it — either by resending the correct file or issuing a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email bubbobeeofficial@gmail.com with your order confirmation/receipt and a short note about the issue. We usually reply the same day — actually sorting out the issue (like a refund or a replacement file) can take a little longer, typically 2–3 business days.

Payment Processor

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through the payment partner used for that order, and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank.
